Location

Barry's Bay is located at the intersection of Highway 60 and Highway 62 south in Ontario's beautiful Renfrew County. Located just a short distance from Algonquin Provincial Park & the Ottawa River, Barry's Bay is a perfect starting point for exploring the Madawaska Valley and its rich forests and lakes.

Our resort rests a short distance to the west of town. For those drivers with navigational devices, our coordinates are 45 30 04 N by 77 45 32 W.

Directions

From Toronto
Take Highway 401 east to Highway 115/35, which leads north to Peterborough, eventually meeting Highway 7. Continue on Highway 7 east to Highway 28 and follow this highway north to Maynooth. At Maynooth, look for Highway 62 and follow this scenic highway north to Barry's Bay and it's junction with Highway 60. Turn west on Highway 60 and follow this highway for approximately 7 kilometres to Barry's Bay Cottage Resort, which is just off the north side of highway. Allow 3.5 hours to travel approximately 305 km.

From Ottawa
Take Highway 417 west to Highway 17 at Arnprior. Continue northwest on Highway 17 before turning west on Highway 60 at Renfrew. Follow this scenic highway west past Eganville and Barry's Bay. Barry's Bay Cottage Resort is found about 7 kilometres west of Barry's Bay just off the north side of the highway. The turn-off is only a few hundred meters past the Carson Lake Provincial Park signs. Allow just over 2 hours to travel approximately 215 km.
