The Fine Print
Check-in & Checkout: Check-in time is after 3pm. Check-out is 10:00am in summer and 12 noon all other times.
Weekend Rates apply to all statutory holidays, plus December 30th and December 31st
Rates are based on a 2 day minimum stay. Call for one day rates.
Three day minimum for long weekends and reservations that include December 30 and/or December 31st.
Weekly Reservations begin on Saturdays.

Cancellation Policy
A booking deposit of $500 per week or 1 night rental per weekend (Visa or MasterCard) is required to hold a reservation. The balance is due on arrival (Visa, MasterCard, cash or Travelers Cheque accepted). Deposit is refundable less $50 administration fee, only if notice of cancellation is made 4 weeks prior to arrival date. If a cancellation is made less than 4 weeks prior to your arrival date, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations must be made by phone. We reserve the right to reject any booking application. A reservation is a firm contract; no allowance can be made for late arrival, early departures or short term cancellation.

Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside any buildings. Ash trays will be provided on the decks. Please help keep the property clean and use the receptacles provided. Booking deposit will not be refunded if buildings are found to be smoked in.
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed at designated cottages only [White Tail (#1), Blue Jay (#2); Wood Duck (#5) & Gray Wolf (#6)] and must be registered when reservations are made. Please do not show up with pets that are not registered without advance confirmation. An extra pet fee of $10/day or $50/week applies. We ask that you respect the following resort policies regarding pets:
- Pets must be leashed at all times when outside.
- Pets are not to be left unattended inside or outside of the cottages.
- Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds.
- No animals on the beach area, or in the Moose Lodge.
- Please be a responsible owner and clean up after your pet.
If any of the above policies are not followed, the booking deposit will not be refunded. Thank you for helping us keep the resort grounds clean and fun for everyone.
